Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account or by contacting Just Ramps directly and requesting cancellation.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled payment date. If a cancellation request is received after a payment has been processed, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds, full or partial, will be provided for monthly class memberships once a payment has been processed, regardless of attendance or usage.

It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that cancellation is completed before the next renewal date.
